Restauration: Soul Food Dans La Tribune De Genève
Il y a tout juste un mois, mon manager Franco a ouvert son 1er restaurant le Soul Food au 13 boulevard Saint Georges à la Jonction à Genève. On y mange une cuisine “fusion” melangeant les gouts et les origines. Pour y avoir diner plusieurs fois, c’est vraiment très bon (notamment le filet de boeuf farci au foie gras et les queues de langoustines roties), tellement bon que la Tribune De Genève a fait un article dessus.
